Same. I initially get the 502: Bad Gateway, then after waiting and retrying, the screen just goes blank. When I check the log, i have the same error as OP.

Running HAOS on RPi 4.

Current version: 1.41.0-1 Core 2024.9.2 Supervisor 2024.11.2 Operating System 13.2 Frontend 20240909.1

Same issue, and can't even add new devices anymore.

I have the same issue as the OP, BUT waiting sometimes 5 minutes and retrying, it suddenly works again without any intervention.
