Base topic changed to home

Description of the issue

Installing version 1.39.0 Zigbee2MQTT base topic changed without a notice to home (it was mqtt before), leading to re-discover all devices and creating duplicated devices and complete mess :-(

I have already fix the situation deleting the old xxxxxx identities and renaming xxxxxx to xxxxxx_2 then to preserve the historic data.

The only problem I can't fix is to remove the old Zigbee2MQTT Bridge entities, since the Delete button is grayed out.

Any help here ?
