Unable to find Zigbee dongle (Skyconnect) after HA Core update 2024.8.1, Device path changed

Description of the issue

Hi all,

I had a problem with Z2M finding the skyconnect dongle after the HA Core update to version 2024.8.1. The actual device path of the skyconnect dongle changed after the update from /dev/ttyUSB1, to /dev/ttyUSB0 and I had to change this in the Z2M configuration.yaml accordingly to get things working again.

I'm not sure if this was related to the HA Core update, just happened to occure right after the HA Core update to version 2024.8.1. Z2M version is 1.39.1-1 although i don't think this is Z2M related, i thought to post this issue here with the fix if anyone else finds themselves with the same issue after updating HA Core.
