Linptech Presence Sensor Availability: Disabled

Description of the issue

Every couple of weeks the presence sensor stops working. I have to unplug it and plug it back in twice to get it working again. It is the only device on my network that is having an issue. Rebooting Home Assistant does not help. Don't know where to look to diagnose.
