Update README.md to add core-mosquitto

When using supervised HA and the official Mosquito Broker add-on then the Z2M add-on should use core-mosquitto as the mqtt server. It will resolve within the docker environment and work great.

If you use the official mosquitto addon, you don't need to set anything:

leave empty when using the Mosquitto broker addon
