Change external converter for a specific device after changing of its firmware

Description of the issue

II have several homemade devices for which I create firmware and external converter through the PTVO Firmware Configurator. Sometimes the firmware fails and so I create a new firmware as well as a new external converter. And I register this new converter in the add-on configuration file, and then I restart the add-on. Then I remove the device with the old firmware from the list of devices, and then perform a new pairing. In this case, the device is registered with the old converter (even if the old converter is removed from the configuration). And I can not change the converter for this device in any way. Some zigbee2mqtt experts have said that the coordinator backup in the coordinator_backup.json file needs to be removed. But I can't find this file. It's not exist in the add-on folders.
