Simulate IBD for known relationships

Hi,

I am working on a dataset that potentially has related individuals and would like to determine which relatedness analysis is best suited for my dataset. Is there any way to simulate IBD for known relationships using relatedness analyses implemented in SNPRelate, so as to determine which analysis is best for the dataset that I am working with?

There are many approaches to estimate relatedness. SNPRelate has no simulation function. snpgdsPairIBD() may be useful for you, please see the document of snpgdsPairIBD().
