Cloudflare hangs on "Verifying..." on the "Are you human" page

I'm trying to access a site thats cloudflare protected with the "Are you human?" page. I used cf-clearance-scraper to grab the cf cookies from the protected site, and am injecting all the returned header data (with cookies) into a Puppeteer request. Before the header injection, it would ask me to click the "Are you human?", but after the header injection, it gets stuck on a "Verifying..." cloudflare page. Any ideas?
