PGM
What would be required to integrate a pgm solution (JNI or otherwise)? I'd be interested in doing the work, just wondering what needs to be done.
Thanks!
Steve McCoy has started on a pure Java version of OpenPGM. He could perhaps use help on that.

Now that there is javapgm (https://github.com/steve-o/javapgm), can this be implemented?
It looks like that project hasn't been maintained since 2013 (though it might not need much), and if you look at #118 it was previously mentioned but never implemented. I'm not sure if it didn't work out or just didn't happen.
