URL bar flashes when exiting fullscreen mode

What happened?

the whole sidebar used to peek out when exiting fullscreen mode to compact mode -- this was a bug that was fixed, now everything seems to be working fine except the URL bar pops in and out with nothing else

first tab is on youtube, the url bar does not peek out fully like other websites but still appears in that border on the left the second tab is another service, the url bar fully pops out and pops back in as if it is not animating with the sidebar

OK, I can confirm. This can be fixed with CSS. But one thing I don't undersatnd is how this urlbar still being visible when its ancestor element has opacity: 0.

Conditions:

• layout: single toolbar
• compact mode enabled

Steps:

1. Go to Youtube.com
2. Pick a random video.
3. press f to toggle between fullscreen and normal view.

alternative

while still in compact mode:

• Toggle collapsed mode alt+b on/off

Expected:

Sidebar stays hidden.

Outcome:

Most of the sidebar stays hidden, but URL bar section slides in and out of view.

if cursor is on the edge while in full screen in compact mode, the entire sidebar will expand when fullscreen mode is exited

thought i'd mention this under this issue since it kind of regards the same thing and I dont want to flood the repo

This is expected. Sidebar detects your mouse and responds with showing up. The process is: Leaving fullscreen -> in compact mode -> detect cursor and sidebar shows I don't see anything wrong here, only that it all happens in a very short time
