This PR adds support for zed-modern-icons, a comprehensive icon pack with over 1000+ minimal, theme-aware SVG icons for file types, technologies, and frameworks.

These icons can be used in file explorers, tab bars, sidebars, and other UI components of Zed extensions. The goal is to provide a modern, unified visual experience for users and extension developers.
