cannot replicate your Alpe d'Huez example

As a cyclist myself I tried to replicate your Alpe d'Huez example with one of my .gpx rides... without success. If you could share the entire script of the Alpe d'Huez animation, from A to Z, this would be of great help. Many thanks.
