Not sure who maintains this chart. I don't see owners in `.github/CODEOWNERS`

As long as we have a few maintainers from the community, I don't see why we can't have a new chart.

Let me know if the deployment doesn't work. We'll need to dig into the CI process if the chart doesn't show up.
