Offset and Daily event

Describe the bug

Hi, I encountered 2 problems, the first is that the positive or negative offset is inverted, the positive offset is before, I tried with the minute parameter and I didn't try with the negative... the second is that if I set a daily event on the calendar (from 00:00 to 23:59 works) does not work. I hope I have been helpful.

Facing the same here. Want to preset my alarm clock by my personal calendars, like business trip, holiday, etc. No day event nor offset working.

Hi @zachowj, I reviewed the comments in 37c8923 but I didn't find if the inversion of the positive and negative offsets was corrected or not. If it's like this by design, the documentation should be updated. It's really misleading. Thanks for your hard work!
