Respawn and Reset buttons

A global reset button, a global respawn button, and possibly individual respawn buttons like QvPens would be nice, the new markers are better than any other prefab but they get lost across the world, and having to clear a row of 16 colors manually is very tedious.

A global respawn button is planned. If you need it now its pretty simple to make, just use a VRCObjectSync array and do .Respawn() on it
