compatibility with Windows Subsystem For Linux

Hello yusukebe!

Im run revealgo under WSL and get on any presentation just ` when markdown file located on windows mounted folder. When file in generic linux fs revealgo work fine

I do not have windows:-( It seems to be about file path matter.
