[BUG]: the socks5 proxy settings with authorization data are reset when you log in again

Steps to reproduce the bug
- Go to "settings" -> "main" -> "censorship"
- Fill out the form: ip, port, login, password, type - socks5 and save.
- Exit the app and leave (close) it on TV.
- Go to "settings" -> "main" -> "censorship" and see that the form is empty and there is no previously entered data.
Actual behavior
The data in the proxy settings does not disappear when the application is restarted.
