Different behaviors when connecting to VPN

I have two VPN gateways that I have been using without problem, until this week. One still continues working ok. But the other one is now giving an error. image

Using the terminal command: openconnect --protocol=gp https://{gateway URL} it gives me a message that says something like: SAML REDIRECT authentication is required via https://login.microsoftonline.com/e86b4922-... By clicking on that link I get a success message: image So, I assume that the problem must be, either:

  • A change on the client, or
  • A change on the gateway version

Can someone direct me on what I must do to grab the logs and gateway details to be able to have more information to search for the fix?

Additional information: I've been told that the gateway that works ok is a split tunnel, while the one giving me the error is a full tunnel.
