I can confirm this error on wandb 0.16.5 and in wandb 0.16.6 it is gone.

the guide on the readme page should be updated with the suggestion here. I was able to install scGPT with everyone's input here!

can you check that what these numbers look like after filtering for is_primary_data == True in adata.obs?

@subercui @litxiaoyao yes, I recently found that scGPT did not filter for that and it resulted in duplicates of cells. the difference in cell number is a result of that....

same here on Mac OS M chip after updating to the latest cursor 0.41.3.

@fcakyon the installation from cursor automatically installs the latest version and I did not find any other source to find older version. but it seem they have fixed the ssh...
