Publish VFS cmdline to GVM

After discussion with @marcoVermeulen, this looks like a good idea.

MIght wait for GVM gradle-plugin to appear before doing this.

The GVM gradle plugin will be used by select vendors to publish their releases. At the moment, we plan to only roll out Groovy, Grails and perhaps Gradle itself if they are interested.

Perhaps we could bundle gvfs in a distribution with gdub and other useful scripts. We could give it a candidate name like 'utils' or 'scripts' and distribute this on gvm, hosted on BinTray.

Any thoughts about this?
