guest access to cms/index

Hi, again, configuring according with https://github.com/yii2mod/yii2-cms/issues/13#issuecomment-277729747 I can access from backend to cms/index but I am able to access as guest what is not the wished (https://github.com/yii2mod/yii2-cms/issues/13#issuecomment-367815280 receives the 403 but I unknow why)

How to configure yii2-cms to be accessed on backend as loged in user?
