Docs: Update project slogan

Splitting out of #568, which had a lot of discussion on a project slogan. Right now the Yeoman slogan on https://yeoman.io is:

The web's scaffolding tool for modern webapps

Which, per https://github.com/yeoman/yeoman/issues/1779, isn't really accurate anymore. We see Yeoman as more of a classic, stable project. See also https://github.com/mochajs/mocha/issues/5065 for discussion about Mocha's slogan.

Proposal: how about we take a page from Mocha's book with something like...

JHipster generates full stack applications. Backend side: SpringBoot/Quarkus/.Net/Node (Nest) Frontend side: Angular/React/Vue/Svelte

This looks too limited. In issues I see Microsoft generators. I don't know what it generates but doesn't look web apps. So I think something like templating system is more accurate.

I like it, but I assume that today is more popular for non-web apps like plugins, etc.. so I was doing some brainstorming with ChatGPT and here are some ideas:

• Your all-in-one templating solution for any development project.
• The friendly, flexible tool for scaffolding your next big idea.
• The comprehensive tool for generating projects of any scale.

Thinking on what we're trying to convey, the phrases & words I find most compelling have kind of boiled to:

• Definition: explaining that Yeoman is a templating generator and runner
• Stature: that Yeoman is stable and has been around for a long time
• Usefulness: that Yeoman can make virtually any template, including web and non-web
• Vibes: it's fun! top hats! friendly team! you trust us!

Collecting the common phrases words into those categories:

• Definition: companion; scaffolding / scaffolding tool / tool for scaffolding / tool; templating
• Stature: built to last; classic; timeless; trusted
• Usefulness: all-in-one; any scale; comprehensive; flexible; modern; robust
• Vibes: fun; friendly; your next big idea

Trying out a few combos of all 4:

• Robust all-in-one templates for projects of any scale
• The classic, comprehensive scaffolding tool for your next big idea
• The fun, friendly, trusted templating tool
