Add make-dictionaries-readable utility to release

I would love to explore a bit more what is in my dictionnaries.

I see in your documentation that there is a an utility tool for that.

But I cannot find it anywhere, should I conmpile it myself ?

make-dictionaries-readable is available in our core container docker image. Can you give that a try?

We'll consider adding it to the release package as well.
