CSV Export doesn't respect the current filtering rules

Open soderlind opened this issue 5 years ago • 5 comments

As mentioned by @lukecarbis in #813

"The exported CSV should respect the current filtering rules, too."

Well, it doesn't.

I'm running a multisite. Trying to export a filtered stream from the wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=wp_stream page.

@soderlind The link is broken.

@kidunot89, I've modified the link.

@soderlind Sorry for the last response.

I having problems recreating you issue on both single and multi sites. Could you elaborate on how you're filtering the records. What filters your using? Screenshots?

Here I've selected one subsite. I expect that when I export from stream I should get what's displayed i.e. the 4 records below:

Stream-2020-11-03 18-26-07

@soderlind That is how it should work :thinking:.

Have you tried filtering by actions, context, users, or time? Just trying to confirm is all filter controls are failing on export or just the one in the screenshot.
