Force html/js build for partially complete jobs and/or allow a way to resume from a earlier job

Is there a way to force the script to generate the correct html and data js for partially complete grids?

I had a 4 hour job fail at 98% and would like a way to continue from where I left off or force built the html and js files so that I can make use of the 800 images I generated.
