Add Markdown as Alternative for HTML in Comment Section

Since the doc comments are supposed to be read by humans in text editors, it may be nice to replace the extended formatting via HTML elements to using plain Markdown. So this feature request would like to see use of Markdown as an alternative to HTML in doc comments. Thank you.
