This issue is between docker (some version) and ubuntu (some version) ... we have not made any changes in terms of the container itself and more about how buildah does...

when running ./configure for s390x **checking if getifaddrs is compilable** just hangs ... forever in github actions

will target an initial experimental release eg. curl-http3-exp which will use hyper as backend

yes we are currently gathering up information and have been (before this announcement) investigating what other registries to publish to ... with quay.io and github being candidates.

considering the nature of this bug and it now being tagged as KNOWN_BUGS can we close this ?

A further test minimisation I attempted was replicating this behaviour against local http server instance ... without any inteceding proxies/cdn (which presumably apache.org and google have) ... I was not...
