RetroCRT v3.2 not rebooting

I find that when I download and burn the image to the SD card it will boot up, however, if I have to reboot my Raspberry Pi 3b for any reason it does not reboot.

Hi, did the SD card resizing complete? I'm not sure how healthy the system will be if you reboot during a resize, it happens in the background on the first boot.
