安装kube-flannel出现CrashLoopBackOff问题

安装过程中出现如下日志：

[apiclient] First node has registered, but is not ready yet

然后查看flannel pod日志：

 failed to "StartContainer" for "kube-flannel" with CrashLoopBackOff: "Back-off 5m0s restarting failed container=kube-flannel pod=kube-flannel-ds-lqtz9_kube-system(878ce510-1909-11e7-a7cc-fa163e6824ce)

请问下这种情况该怎么解决呢？
