Graphics are now rendered properly in this title. Tested on xenia-project/xenia@08675ab6.

Issues @etokapa mentioned still occurs in the latest builds https://github.com/xenia-project/game-compatibility/issues/75#issuecomment-699534269. "clear_memory_page_state = true" isn't solving text corruption issue.
