Bug Description

Disc will fail to load if using "COMPLEX 4627" bios that commonly loads other games and is generally recommended.

1. Use commonly recommended "COMPLEX 4627" BIOS
2. Attempt to load a save file or launch a new game within the game's menus
3. After some loading, the game will report dirty disc issue

Expected Behavior

The game loads normally without reporting a dirty disc issue.
