Bug Description
There is an odd rippling effect present on OpenGL with water or water-like features that have rippling. Does not occur with Vulkan.
To reproduce:
- Use xbox-4627_debug BIOS, else game will currently fail to load
- Start a new game
- Head to area where Merlin's staff is or progress the game far enough to get to the Enchanted Lake portal
- Observe the issue in OpenGL
Expected Behavior
From gameplay videos on actual hardware, it appears that this issue does not occur.

i5 9600k, nvidia rtx 3060
so perhaps it is AMD specific

Can confirm it is still an issue on latest for me, so you may be right about it being AMD-specific.

Tested on lasted build + tested with cold dev build and pr 2472 and issue still occurs
