Oddly I cannot reproduce this issue. Can you make sure you install the PDB's so we can get a stack trace with line numbers?

Debug symbols, there in a separate zip file, they just go in the same directory with all the other executable's

Same issue with installed version. But only for imported list. Newly added saved as intented.

Sorry to hijack, but @TristisOris are you using Windows 8 (NT 6.2.9200.0) ???

I'm using Win11 24H2 build 26100.4652, just downloaded the current XCP-ng.Center.zip (v25.04 Build 25119) and the settings are saved, but not in the folder of the executable, but in %AppData%\Roaming\XCP-ng\XCP-ng Center\Settings.xml

@michael-manley I'd be happy to provide logs if you need them!
