otherpkgs postscript - installation of rhels9.5

Hi

I know its been commented on before that 9.5 isnt supported however it does fundamentally work.

That said, i have just attempted an installation of RHEL9.5 and although the installation works, including postscripts, "otherpkgs" is failing to create the xCAT-$OSVER-path$i.repo under /etc/yum.repos.d/.

During my time working with xcat2, i always hoped that someone would completely rewrite that postscript as it always throws up issues. i'm sure the code could be tighten up a bit.

I believe the offending section lies between lines 570 and 604 although some of var defs that come before it may also be at fault.

Whats interesting is that rocky9 (in particular 9.5) works without any issues.
