Apple OS onboarding doc

Is there a doc that describes how to onboard a new Apple OS (for build or test) in this repo?

We've started writing such docs to make ourselves more efficient and make such tasks more easily repeatable.

We don't have such a document at the moment, but I agree it's a good idea to create one, since updating to a new Apple OS is the major undertaking for pretty much the entire team every summer.

It would probably be easiest to create such a document this summer, when we update to the next OS version, so scheduling it for then.

Sounds great and yes I agree that documenting something like this "in the moment" is the best plan.
