Bug in Accessibility for IOS 13.6?

Description

VoiceOver reads only the text provided through the AutomationProperties, however not the text of the label or the name of a button.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Download the example from Accessibility
  2. unzip it
  3. load it into Virtual Studio 2019 v8.6.8 (Community Edition) for Mac
  4. Deploy it to a physical iPhone with IOS 13.6 on it
  5. Activate VoiceOver on the iPhone.
  6. Test the demo app with VoiceOver.

Expected Behavior

According to my understanding, VoiceOver should read first the information on the Screen and afterward the additional information given by the AutomationProperties. Regarding describedby property VoiceOver should read the reference for that property.

Actual Behavior

VoceOver reads only the information provided through the AutomationProperties, however not the actual text displayed on the screen. The describedby property seem not to work at all. VoiceOver reads only the placeholder but not the reverence for the describedby property.
