[Bug] UrlImageSources still need a little work on UWP

Description

  • Load Issue 4915 and compare it to Android or iOS
  • MenuItems aren't loading
  • If you click the button the button doesn't resize to the url image correctly

Overall just compare Android to UWP and you'll see the differences
