[Bug] iOS build failing - Failed to compile the generated registrar code

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Visual Studio (Enterprise 17.2.6) on Windows pc
2. Open Xamarin Forms solution
3. Connect to Mac
4. Clean solution and rebuild on Windows pc

### Expected Behavior Project gets built and IPA gets generated

### Actual Behavior Error is thrown

Failed to compile the generated registrar code.
