Regression: `ActionMenuView.SetPresenter` binding is missing.

The bindings added in the comment on this PR are missing and my app no longer builds with the updated support library. https://github.com/xamarin/AndroidSupportComponents/pull/30

Which version of the library (updated)?

Not sure which version first contained the regression, but I had problems with 28.0.0.3 and possibly 28.0.0.1.
