Cannot complete the script run due to file being used by another process

I'm getting the file is being used by another process error when getting to the final stages of completing the script run.

I've tried troubleshooting by running via administrator and also restarting before running.

I was getting that too until I realized I had the files I was working with in a desktop folder that onedrive was backing up. I paused onedrive syncing and it completed without issue. From the screenshot it looks like you're also working off of a onedrive managed folder so likely the same issue.

Since the creator of the issue hasn't responded after four days and it seems to be solved, I'll close this issue.
