[Feature Request] Support for the Calf Crusher plugin?

I noticed that Calf Studio Gear has a bitcrusher plugin called Calf Plugin (https://calf-studio-gear.org/doc/Crusher.html). I'd love to have this plugin in PulseEffects, as a bitcrusher is the only thing missing that I'd like to use.

PulseEffects main developer is now mostly busy on porting the project on Pipewire. Maybe we can discuss on adding new plugins after the port is completed.

I think easyeffects lacks Distortion and Vocoder.

There are Distortion related modules in the optional dependencies, like:

• Calf: Saturator, Tape Simulator, Vinyl, Crusher
• zam-plugins-lv2: ZamAutoSat

Or more outside:

• ChowDSP: BYOD, Centaur, Tape Model
• wolf-shaper

Pipewire is done. Anyway, I suppose the demand for these plugins is very low. Don't know if it's worth to add them.

If you need them, you can use them with carla suite, especially carla-rack.
