Support sentinel mode in the Redis mode of RateLimit

Currently, Redis in RateLimit only supports configuring master-slave and cluster modes. If a Sentinel mode address is configured, an error will occur : ERR unknown command 'evalsha'

Support Config Sentinel mode address in the Redis urls.
