hello, everyone. currently , hot reloading for MCP operation files is not supported . as a result, i have to restart the Cosmo Router service every time the MCP operation files are updated to ensure the changes take effect .

when MCP operation files are updated or added , they can be automatically loaded , and there is no need to restart the Cosmo Router.

We have an existing package to handle file watching, which might be useful. You could give it a try. No guarantees that we can review and merge, but if the coding style looks ok and it's covered with tests there's a good chance we can review and help merging.
