Add `destinationPath` option

If anyone needs this, continue with https://github.com/wulkano/aperture-node/pull/7 and address the feedback and include use-cases in the docs.

Bump, I am looking for this specifically to do ProRes recordings and store them on an external NVME SSD since internal storage can be limited at times.

And since the ability to set the destination path on the parent lib already exists it would be great to see it added here as well?

@alectrocute did you work on that #11 pull request? Are you planning to pick it up again and maybe finish the implementation?
