Inspired by #114

It would be great to have a dead link checker. Could run a custom script, but I know there are Github actions for this as well. Open to suggestions / ideas

After some searching I found this

It basic runs cron jobs and creates an issue for dead links, we can make it run on a biweekly or monthly basis.
