feature: gh-action workflow triage

I came across this work today, and very much would like to add, if possible, a generalized 'workflow triage' for managing this. I already have a preliminary feature branch on my fork, but did not want to open a PR before asking what you thought and how best to template it so that it would be useful (e.g. jinja or ejs, etc).

So cool you've found my work here already. This was part of a hackathon which only ended yesterday.So thanks for jumping in here so quickly :)

I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to do though. Do you want to add a workflow to triage issues here, on this Github repo? Or are you planning to add workflow triage capabilities to the application and backlogs that are 'created' by tokenlog? Both could be interesting I guess!

When I had posted this I didn't not know at the time the actual processed, I just assumed it was an after-the-fact process. You could do both, but I would like to place it where you think is best, as I could see benefits to either way. Hope you did well on your hackathon!
