Explanation for bark_tts.ini yet??

Still not sure what all the settings here do..

I managed to set using smaller models (I think) by setting all the *_use_small to True

The bark_tts section is just persistent storage for the settings in the UI, and the stuff in internals was pretty much just copied and pasted from upstream. I added that stuff when the settings were implemented, it had basically no documentation then, and I don't think there's much documentation now. I've also never tested any of those settings myself.
