Optimize load when WPLib Box has been idle

If WPLib Box is being used on an ongoing basis it is super fast. But if it has been a while since a page has been requested, or the first time accessing it loading a page takes about 10 seconds. Competitively speaking that will be a deal killer for a lot of people who are used to having a LAMP stack installed directly on their computer.
