Sub-domain/test site not scanned

Hi,

We have a test site which is a sub-domain (test.xxx.com.au) of our main site (xxx.com.au). Your plug-in works fine on the main site (producing results), but doesn’t seem to scan anything (well - it produces no results) on the test site irrespective of whether all or only active plug-ins are scanned. Do you know what could be causing this?
