Don't let user enable Replace Youtube videos by thumbnail without iframe option

"Replace Youtube videos by thumbnail" requires the iframe option to be enabled, but currently it's possible for the user to check the thumbnail box without also checking the iframe box. Maybe indent thumbnail option under iframe, and grey it out until iframe is checked?
